Paul Jody came to us desperate.
He had tried everything he could think of to get a bank loan but was refused due to some small credit defaults.
Paul and Jody had a deposit and good income.
With our help they were able to own their own home within 7 weeks.
How did they do it?
They had 5% deposit to put towards the house and enough money to pay stamp duty.
They chose the house they wanted.
We negotiated the price of the house to the best possible price.
So we put a further 5% towards the house and bought the house through the company.
We then sold it back to them by Rent to Own. Our solicitors drew up all the necessary contracts.
They make weekly payments to us just like a bank.
In the future we will help them refinance over to the bank using our brooking partners.
