Tom has over a decade of experience in the property industry; originally as an active investor and developer overseas and now in the Australian market since 2005. His expertise in property has covered many different fields from renovation to finance. However he gets the most satisifaction from helping hard working families to own their own home.
Back in 2007 Tom discovered the rent to own – or vendor finance system to own property – this has been the main model used in the Own Don’t Rent business. Over the past few years Tom has helped dozens of Australians to own their own home .
Other than growing the business, Tom enjoys tennis, spending time with his young family and working with the local community.

ELEANOR CLAPHAM / Operations Manager
Eleanor has had a love of property ever since working on renovations with the family while growing up. Eleanor has a background in renovation, property maintenance and has recently completed several major renovation projects in Western Sydney.
Eleanor has been with Own Don’t Rent since 2008 and receives immense pleasure from helping Australians own their own home. Eleanor has enjoyed first hand success with the Own Dont Rent system; Eleanor bought her first home using this method and sold it within 2 years to make a sizeable profit.

NICK TOTH / Marketing Manager
Nick has been working with ODR since 2012 and, as marketing manager and client relationship specialist.
He brings decades of digital marketing, copywriting, and social media experience to the business.
